Now we will Add a new Plug-in site, then Eclipse download & install Graymound UIML Designer Plug-in for us.

Adding a new Plug-in Site

On Eclipse menu Select Help -> Software Updates -> Find and Install

Select Search for new features to install

Select New Remote Site
Fill blanks
